Chef Jason Atherton started out working alongside world-renowned chefs including Pierre Koffmann, Marco Pierre White, Nico Ladenis and Ferran Adria at el Bulli, before joining the Gordon Ramsay Holdings in 2001.
With a large portfolio of restaurants to his name, Jason Atherton over the years has become one of Britain's most prolific chefs. With several awards including Michelin stars under his belt, he has mastered the art of casual fine dining not just in his London restaurants but also in locations as far afield as Mykonos and Shanghai.
In 2023, Jason Atherton launched City Social House at the iconic Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai. The unique concept offers four distinctive dining experiences under one roof - City Social, Jazz by City, 7 Tales, and Row on 45.
Liam is a hospitality globetrotter, having worked in high-end hotels and restaurants in London, Lisbon and Dubai. He was brought up in Northampton in the UK originally and he began his career with seasonal jobs in Greece, Austria and Spain.
Liam brings over 20 years of hospitality experience and his most recent experience was managing the operations at Amazonico as Assistant General Manager.
With Liam at the helm, Row on 45 thrives a haven of culinary delight, where every guest is treated to genuine hospitality.
Outside of work, Liam loves to keep himself active! He is a passionate golfer and swimmer.
Row on 45 is under the direction of Executive Chef Daniel Birk.
Dan studied engineering for 3 years but his real passion was always in kitchen where he transformed raw ingredients into delectable food items.
He brings over 20 years of culinary experience, 17 of those within Michelin-starred kitchens. Dan worked as Sous-chef for the likes of Germain Schwab at then two Michelin-starred Winteringham Fields, before taking on the role of Group Executive Chef at The Social Company in 2013, where he oversaw Jason Atherton's new openings and prestigious events across the globe.
Dan's impeccable dishes highlight the best ingredients from around the world.
Florent grew up in Avignon, often called ‘the City of the Popes' - famous for its architectural beauty, bridge, and cultural festivals.
He never really planned to work in the restaurants as his dream was to become an aircraft electrician, but he needed improve English. So, Florent made the decision to move to London in 2004 and that is where he had his first real experience in a restaurant. He started his career as a commis at The Square, where he started to develop a true passion for the industry. Florent went on to hone his skills in several restaurants before moving to the Michelin-starred Pollen Street Social as Assistant Manager in 2022.
Florent is now leading the team at Row on 45 as the restaurant manager and hoping to deliver memorable dining experiences to our beloved guests.
Originating from Rome, Lorenzo developed a keen interest in wine from a young age and he has been dedicating his life to wine ever since.
Lorenzo worked for prestigious venues in Italy, UK and Cyprus, starting in 2010 as Sommelier at the Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala, in Milan.
Moving to the UK's culinary capital, London in 2012, Lorenzo's next roles were in some of the most prestigious venues including the Orrery and the Hakkasan. His most recent role was at the LPM in Cyprus as Head Sommelier.
In November 2022, Lorenzo joined City Social House as Head Sommelier with the aim of delivering bespoke experience to wine aficionados.
