Chef Jason Atherton started out working alongside world-renowned chefs including Pierre Koffmann, Marco Pierre White, Nico Ladenis and Ferran Adria at el Bulli, before joining the Gordon Ramsay Holdings in 2001.

With a large portfolio of restaurants to his name, Jason Atherton over the years has become one of Britain's most prolific chefs. With several awards including Michelin stars under his belt, he has mastered the art of casual fine dining not just in his London restaurants but also in locations as far afield as Mykonos and Shanghai.

In 2023, Jason Atherton launched City Social House at the iconic Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai. The unique concept offers three distinctive dining experiences under one roof - City Social, 7 Tales, and Row on 45.

Row on 45 is under the direction of Executive Chef Daniel Birk.

Dan studied engineering for 3 years but his real passion was always in kitchen where he transformed raw ingredients into delectable food items.

He brings over 20 years of culinary experience, 17 of those within Michelin-starred kitchens. Dan worked as Sous-chef for the likes of Germain Schwab at then two Michelin-starred Winteringham Fields, before taking on the role of Group Executive Chef at The Social Company in 2013, where he oversaw Jason Atherton's new openings and prestigious events across the globe.

Dan's impeccable dishes highlight the best ingredients from around the world.

Rahul began his culinary journey in 2013 with internships at prestigious two-star Michelin restaurants including Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, The Square, and Marcus Wareing in London and Oxford, all while studying Business Management at the University of East Anglia.

In 2015, he moved to Singapore to work at Chef Jason Atherton's Pollen in Gardens by the Bay, where their association began. A stage at the three-star Maaemo in Norway followed in 2016, before relocating to Dubai to join Marina Social and today he leads the kitchen as Chef de Cuisine at Row on 45, where he brings global experience, refined technique, and a passion for excellence to every plate.

With over 17 years of experience, Noor is an accomplished pastry chef specializing in refined desserts and leading high-end culinary operations. His career has spanned diverse international environments, from luxury cruise lines to award-winning restaurants in the Middle East, including several concepts by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton.

As a Head Pastry Chef, Noor's expertise lies in developing modern and elegant menus, building and managing top-tier kitchen teams, and ensuring operational excellence in fine-dining settings.

He is deeply committed to pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Petr, originally from the Czech Republic, commenced his journey in London back in 2013, kick-starting his career at the prestigious Coq d'Argent. A brief but impactful stint in Berlin at Restaurant Tim Raue in 2017 fueled his love for fine dining. His London odyssey continued, where he honed his skills in various hotels and restaurants before joining The Social Company in 2019.

In February 2024, seeking fresh horizons, Petr embarked on a new adventure in Dubai, joining Row on 45 situated within Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Petr finds solace and energy in martial arts and various sports activities, embodying his commitment to staying fit and balanced.

Originating from Rome, Lorenzo developed a keen interest in wine from a young age and he has been dedicating his life to wine ever since.

Lorenzo worked for prestigious venues in Italy, UK and Cyprus, starting in 2010 as Sommelier at the Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala, in Milan.

Moving to the UK's culinary capital, London in 2012, Lorenzo's next roles were in some of the most prestigious venues including the Orrery and the Hakkasan. His most recent role was at the LPM in Cyprus as Head Sommelier.

In November 2022, Lorenzo joined City Social House as Head Sommelier with the aim of delivering bespoke experience to wine aficionados.
